Joeanne's book of declaring promises from the Bible is a MUST HAVE! There are times when we feel beat down in life and we can barely muster the energy to open the Bible because, "what if...what if it tells me something else to work on." God’s timing is the best timing because this is the first devotional I’ve ever finished from beginning to end and it has blessed me so much. This devotional really helps put into practice the Word of God, which we should be mediating on day and night (Joshua 1:8). Not only does it list scriptures to declare every day, but there are a lot of great prompts that guide you through intentional self-reflection and what God’s word says about you and your life. I’m truly blessed after reading this devotional and so glad I was able to get a copy of the companion journal where I can write out all my feelings and reflections, and things I heard God speak to me about. I encourage you to get one for any woman you know, as it will be a blessing to their life.

WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?

The Bible tells us…
* Our tongues can bring death or life and we will reap the consequences of what we say (Proverbs 18:21)
* Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks (Luke 6:45)
* It’s possible to store God’s Word in our hearts (Psalm 119:11)

If we can get our hearts so full of God’s Word that it will overflow out of our mouths when we speak, then we will be speaking life and reaping the consequences of those life-giving words.
